According to a new survey, the hardest night to get to sleep is SUNDAY.
Two out of five people said that it took longer to fall asleep on Sunday than any other night of the week. Stress was the main reason . . . since people are worrying about all the work waiting for them on Monday.
The average person takes a half hour longer to fall asleep on Sunday than any other night.
Saturday was the next-hardest night to fall asleep. One in five people picked Saturday as the worst night.
And Tuesdays and Thursdays are the EASIEST nights to fall asleep. Only one in 20 people mentioned having trouble sleeping those nights.
