I Want A New Mouse

Last week there was the story about the guy who recorded his call with Comcast because they wouldn't disconnect his service. His approach is one way to get results, but here's another way.

A 25 year old college guy wants the computer company to replace his mouse because it's broken. The company thinks the guy broke it intentionally or misused or abused it. The company's stance: "we're not replacing your mouse". If you listen closely, I think he want's a new mouse... I think (the quality isn't the best, but it's too funny to pass up).
